Welcome to BrandBrahma (www.brandbrahma.com). By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. BrandBrahma is a registered startup in India operated by Raroy India Pvt Ltd.
2. Description of Service
BrandBrahma is an agentic AI platform that provides:
- A Domain Marketplace for the listing and acquisition of premium digital assets.
- A suite of 14 AI-powered tools designed for monetization and affiliate marketing.
- Third-Party Advertising and affiliate offers from global partners.
3. Intermediary Status & Marketplace
BrandBrahma acts as an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers of domain names. Our revenue is derived from sales commissions. We do not personally endorse or guarantee the quality or future value of any domain listed by third-party sellers on the marketplace.
4. AI Credit Economy
Usage of our 14 AI tools is governed by a credit-based system:
- Value: 1 Credit is equivalent to 1 USD (or local currency equivalent).
- Usage: Credits are consumed immediately upon generation of AI content. These charges are non-refundable.
- Expiry: All purchased credits have a validity of 1 year (365 days). Unused credits will expire and cannot be reinstated.
5. Third-Party Ads & Affiliate Links
Our platform displays advertisements and affiliate links. Raroy India Pvt Ltd earns commissions from these partnerships. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of these third-party advertisers. Your interactions with any third party found through our platform are solely between you and that party.
6. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, grievances can be directed to our Officer:
