Order Fulfilment

We reserve the right to cancel any instruction to purchase or order at any time for any reason. This could be done if the domain name in question is no longer for sale for whatever reason or if we suspect fraud may be involved. In these cases a full refund will be provided and the order or instruction to purchase will be cancelled.

When an order or instruction to purchase has been placed, we will make every effort to process the order or purchase without delay. This will usually be within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm, IST) of receipt of the order or purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays in processing any order or instruction to purchase.

Refunds and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled and refunds made up to 14 days after a purchase, and before the transfer of ownership of a domain is processed. A 5% deduction will be made to cover transaction costs. You acknowledge that you will receive no refund after the ownership of the domain you have purchased has been transferred to you and/or electronic files of logos have been delivered to you.

These Terms of Use are for the benefit of you and Us, and are not intended to benefit any third parties or be enforceable by any third parties. The exercise of your rights and Our rights in relation to these Terms of Use is not subject to the consent of any third parties.
