Refund Policy
1. Marketplace & Commission Policy
BrandBrahma (operated by Raroy India Pvt Ltd) acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of digital assets. Due to the irrevocable nature of domain name transfers and the commission-based nature of our revenue, our refund policy is strictly limited:
- Pre-Transfer Window: Refund requests for domain purchases may be entertained only if submitted within 7 days of purchase AND before the Auth Code has been shared or the transfer initiated.
- Service Fees: Commissions and marketplace fees earned by Raroy India Pvt Ltd for facilitating the connection are considered earned once the transfer process begins and are non-refundable.
- Failed Transfers: If a transfer cannot be completed due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Third-Party Ads & Affiliate Links
Our platform hosts third-party advertisements and affiliate links. Please note:
- No Responsibility: Raroy India Pvt Ltd does not offer refunds for any products, subscriptions, or services purchased through third-party advertisements or affiliate links hosted on our site.
- External Disputes: Any refund requests or disputes regarding external purchases must be handled directly with the third-party merchant or service provider.
3. AI Tools & Credit Economy
Our 14 AI tools operate on a Credit Economy model (1 Credit = 1 USD or equivalent). To ensure platform stability, the following terms apply:
- Consumable Nature: AI usage charges are non-refundable. Because AI generation incurs immediate computational costs, we cannot refund credits once they have been used to generate content.
- Credit Expiry: All purchased credits have a validity period of 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire and cannot be reinstated.
- International Standard: Refunds for unused, unexpired credit balances are handled according to international SaaS standards and may be subject to a processing fee.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your BrandBrahma account and the potential freezing of any pending domain transfers or credit balances. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargeback attempts to relevant credit bureaus in India and internationally.
